PocketPortal

Terms

These terms cover the PocketPortal app. Installing or buying it means you agree to them.

Last updated November 1, 2026.

Your license

Free trial

You can use everything free for 14 days from the first time you open the app. After that, your phone shows a “trial has ended” page instead of your Mac until you enter a license key. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.

Buying and refunds

Lemon Squeezy sells PocketPortal as the merchant of record. It takes your payment, charges any sales tax and sends your receipt, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

You can get your money back within 30 days of buying, for any reason. Email [email protected]. The license stops working once it’s refunded.

Updates

The license includes the updates PocketPortal offers to install. We don’t promise any particular update, or how long updates will continue.

Using it safely

No warranty

PocketPortal is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It can have bugs, and a change to macOS, iOS or Tailscale can stop it working.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for PocketPortal, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost data or lost profits. Your rights under consumer law in your country aren’t affected.

Other people’s software and names

PocketPortal includes Sparkle and xterm.js, both under the MIT license. Their license texts come with the app. This site uses the Instrument Sans font under the SIL Open Font License.

PocketPortal isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Tailscale. Mac, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Tailscale is a trademark of Tailscale Inc.
